General Information:

• Market Days and Times: Every Sunday morning, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  We also have two weeks off over Christmas, the Sunday before Christmas Day and the Sunday after Christmas Day. If weather is dangerously inclement, we also do not operate

• Location: The market is located in carpark in front of the CBRC Gym and Tennis Courts at the UniSQ. 20 Baker Street, Darling Heights.

• Free Parking: Plenty of parking in all of the available public carparks close by the market.

• Amenities: Public toilets inside the CBRC.

• Food: We have a number of food vendors offering a variety of food choices as well as coffee vans.

• Entertainment: We have live entertainment from around 8am.

Payment:

• Do you accept cash, card, or both?

  • Most stallholders accept both cash and card payments.

Vendors:

• What types of products are sold at the market?

  • The market features a variety of vendors selling fresh produce, meat, bread, pastries, artisan products, seafood, specialty foods, and pet treats. 

• Do you have any guidelines for artisan products?

  • Yes, handmade artisan products are carefully curated. We limit the number of stalls selling the same style of product to ensure variety.

Pets:

• Are pets allowed at the market?

  • Yes, well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome at the market, but owners must keep their pets under control at all times. 

Transportation:

• How can I get to the market?

  • Driving, plenty of free parking.

Weather:

• What happens if it rains?

  • As locals rely on us for their weekly shop, the market proceeds rain or shine unless weather conditions are deemed dangerous.
